📑 Submission Guidelines

•  
• Paper Length – Maximum 8 pages (including figures, tables, and references).
• Formatting – Use the IEEE Conference Proceedings template (LaTeX or Word) – available on the conference website.
• Originality – Submissions must be original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere. Overlap > 20 % with any prior work will lead to desk‑rejection.
• Language – English only. Non‑native speakers are encouraged to use professional language‑editing services; a free optional proofreading service is provided for all accepted abstracts.
• Anonymity – Double‑blind review: remove author names, affiliations, and self‑citing references that reveal identity. (Use “[1]” for self‑citations and include the full citation in a separate, non‑reviewable bibliography.)
• Supplementary Material – Up to 5 MB of videos, code snippets, or data sets may be uploaded alongside the manuscript (hosted on Open Science Framework with a DOI).
